Everyone wants to look younger and we’re all searching for the recipes of a youthful appearance utilizing the latest trendy diet and buying expensive cosmetics. We fight in vain against the effects of aging. One big factor in the aging process is the importance of water in our lives whether it is the quality and amount of water we drink or how we utilize it in our meals and the foods we eat. The condition of our joints and blood vessels, the presence of stones in the liver and kidneys as well as facial coloring all depend on the quality of the water you drink. When we drink a lot of sugary-sweet drinks such as soda or cocktails we should remember that our body is not an organism to which everything can be thrown into and burned. By not being aware how the body functions we may put at risk quality years of our life – knowledge is power. Therefore, underestimating the importance of water means we may consciously be shortening our life. Why should you drink water? Water participates in most metabolic processes and reactions, it’s a means of transport within the body such as metabolic products, nutrients, hormones, enzymes etc. Water additionally helps to regulate the body’s temperature. Any liquid that gets into our body must be processed and purified. During this process the body loses energy and our health depends on how much time our body has to service itself. The more our energy is spent on processing and purifying liquids the less energy we have to regenerate the cells and fight diseases. Utilizing the energy in your body in an optimal way is key to good health. What are we drinking? The water we drink can contain large amounts of calcium and iron salts that are extremely difficult to process. Just look at your kettle. Chlorinated water is poisonous, because chlorine is the gas that is accumulated in our body for years, slowly poisoning it, so before using it, water should be set aside for 2-3 hours to allow chlorine to evaporate. There are radioactive additives in water, which are not eliminated by cooking. Furthermore, cooking destroys active oxygen that our body needs. The aging process and what we should drink. The signs of aging are wrinkles and they are made from the drying out of the body. When the bony hyperplasia process ends, calcium salts begin to build up in blood vessels and joints. This leads to blood disorders, gastrointestinal disease, the appearance of stones in the liver, kidneys and the slow inflammation of the entire body. We should drink structured water extracted from molten ice, vegetables, fruit and juice. Yes, molten ice.

Humans are the only mammals that consume milk as adults and we are the only mammals that consume the milk of other mammals this isn’t how we were designed by nature. Cow’s milk contains Casein a substance that aids in calves growing hooves and horns but calves only drink milk until 6 months of age. Humans don’t have hooves or horns and we need far less protein for a healthy life than the inflated standards of protein consumption. We need to consume less mammal based protein in part because of a species of bacteria that’s located in the large intestine and has the ability to synthesize protein from the carbohydrates that we get from consuming plant products. Cow milk in our stomach can cause the acidic gastric juices to create something similar in consistency to cottage cheese that can curdle the particles of other foods in the stomach and delay digestion of new foods. This abnormal process in the digestive system can repeat itself until the entire cow’s milk is digested. Why would anyone consume cow’s milk or any acid product that causes them to lose a lot of their energy in the process of digestion? A 2 year old child already has nails and hair, so no need for casein, at this point milk is to heavy for our bodies to efficiently digest. Casein is the raw material in the production of organic glue. In our bodies undigested Casein contributes to the development of stones in our kidneys, clogging blood vessels that result in tumors in our legs and defects in the fingers of our hands. Other undigested milk compositions can settle in our tissues and tendons contributing to an abundance of mucus in our bodies. What other foods to consume instead of milk? Well there is much more calcium in nuts, cabbage, carrots, beets which is in proportion to the other minerals also present. As we know the animal fat present in milk causes an increase in the amount of cholesterol in our bodies which tend to flush the calcium away therefore the calcium present in milk is not easily digested. On contrary the fats contained in nuts and grains are easily absorbed by the body. Around 89% of the nuts and grains healthy fats are absorbed by the body where as only about 20% of the animal fats are absorbed from milk.
